The owner pretends to care about the community. He pretends to care about patients and even states he has had relatives with illness. The how the hell does he justify this mess. Business is business but he could have done this so much better.

This is the sum of his effort...the best he can do.

It's not about business...it's about ethics and values. The problem with this dude is that he publically makes promises and they're like a list of things he knows he won't do. I'd have a little respect if he didn't play it like he was trying to work with anyone. All he cares about is money.
